Yesterday, while dining at Dinemore Restaurant in Wattala, my 3-year-old son suddenly vomited on the restaurant floor. It was an unexpected and embarrassing moment for us as parents.
But what happened next truly touched our hearts. An elderly staff member named Ram, with a kind and caring nature, immediately stepped in to clean up the mess. What stood out the most was his warm smile and understanding attitude, making us feel at ease despite the situation.
